Candidate desk

Looking for kitchen work or a training place

Tell us your city, the hours that suit you and when you could start. No CV required. A coordinator replies within two working days, and we run training intakes weekly in Dublin.

Employer desk

Need kitchen staff, cover or a seasonal pool

Send the section, the hours, the rate and your site address. Briefs in before noon usually have a matched shortlist within seventy-two hours, including urgent weekend cover.

City coordinators

Each city has one coordinator who covers both candidates and employers locally. If you already know your city, mention it in your email and it goes straight to them.

  • Dublin

    Our largest desk. Hotel banqueting kitchens, gastropubs across Dublin 1, 2 and 7, contract catering in the docklands and airport hospitality units.
