Season placements open across Ireland

8 live season contracts and 30 places on the crews, with employers we work with directly — summer in the hotels and coastal venues, festival and wedding cover, and the Christmas party run. Every one includes our pre-placement training block, a paid trial shift and a coordinator who stays with you after you start.

Why join through us

What you get that a shift app will not give you

We are paid by employers on retention, not on the number of bodies we send. That changes what we do for you before, during and after a placement.

  • Training before you start

Four funded days covering food safety, prep, equipment and a live service simulation. You arrive knowing how a kitchen runs instead of learning it mid-rush.

  • Paid properly, on the books

PAYE with payslips, holiday accrual and Sunday premium. Rates from €13.50 an hour and above the national minimum on every placement we list.

  • A named coordinator

One named contact who knows your placement and the head chef. They check in after week one, and they take the awkward conversations for you.

  • A route upward

HACCP Level 2 funded at six months, supervisor modules at twelve. Most of the supervisor roles on this board are filled by people who started as porters with us.

  • Permits and paperwork handled with you

PPS number, Revenue registration and contract review sitting beside a coordinator. For non-EEA candidates we build the employment permit file with the venue and track it to decision.

  • Kitchens we actually know

We have stood in every kitchen on this list. If a venue does not support new starters properly, it does not appear here — we stopped sending people.

The job board

Filter by department or season

No experience is required for anything marked Kitchen Support. Each card states its right-to-work position: most of these venues sponsor the employment permit for non-EEA applicants, and we build the permit file with you. If a role interests you but you are not sure you qualify, apply anyway — we would rather have the conversation.
